Sean Lennon sounds just like his dad so it's like Primus clashed with the Beatles and created this baby! But now Sean is ripping it up and even his vocals sound good, its real cool to see/hear him like this and it makes me really interested in what's coming next for him. Please try again. I love it, Claypool and Lennon have combined to make a great sounding album with a very sixties feel to it.

Originally conceived in 2015, with Claypool knowing that Primus would take a year off after touring alongside The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger and Dinosaur Jr. I took the helm at my old vintage API console and let him bang away. It's from the brilliant minds of Sean Lennon and Les Claypool, and is by far one of the best albums I've ever heard.Sounds like Primus and the Beatles made a baby and that baby pee'd all over new age rock and roll! I'm only giving this 4 stars because it is not a life-changing album like Pink Floyd "Dark Side of the Moon" or Supertramp "Crime of the Century". I wasn't aware of Sean Lennon's work before this, but I'm really impressed - great vocals and guitar, definitely his father's son. Amazon did it with no questions asked and the new one came in a couple of days later in perfect condition. “I was trying to wrangle up an Oysterhead reunion since Primus was taking a rest for 2016 but the planets just wouldn’t align for that,” said Claypool.

Tales From The Punchbowl [2 LP] Their efforts thus far have spawned the upcoming, full-length release called Monolith of Phobos. Also, the records are yellow and have an awesome bit of red kind of floating around in them. Ships from and sold by Amazon.com. Honestly it's hard to describe, but it's something you can play for everyone and they will like it. The music is laid back and cool and has the type of lyrics you would expect out of Les Claypool.

“Sean is a musical mutant after my own heart,” said Claypool. he has stated that he wanted to get Oysterhead together, but couldn't so he did this instead, which IMO is why a couple of tracks sound the closest to the Oysterhead sound since well... Oysterhead haha, the tracks I'm thinking of are Mr. Wright and Capt Lariat (also my picks for the ones I enjoy the most) This is just fine with me, as I really enjoy Oysterhead especially the live shows from the 01 tour. Same with his quirky lyrics and vocals.
