We always felt valued as owners and were secure in knowing our home was being cared for in our absence.We recently booked our first trip to the Hatteras, NC area and used Hatteras Realty. They told us to reschedule for 2020, except the only availability was in September....hurricane season. Located on a quiet corner oceanfront lot at the end of Hatteras village, RECESS has two carports, shower, and an easy walk to beach, boat docks, and shops.

Could only enter from carport entrance if door was locked. Their houses are well maintained and their service is top notch. Lots of things were broken including some lights. Work/Life Balance. Remotes in wrong rooms...took hours to get a few tv's working.
