I checked in late at 3:30am decided that since I was driving all day from Arizona that I was gonna get some 24hour breakfast at a nearby IHOP after showering. And what's up with the new trend of disturbing people before checkout?I stayed here with my family over the weekend and was very happy with the property! When I went up to the hotel to check-in the lady at the front desk was nice and providing great customer service I did have to wait a few minutes to check in because there was quite a bit of people checking in. I'm more so disappointed and Unsatisfied with the lack of customer service and compassion that the staff members had over the incident. Hotel seemed nice online with decent reviews. This resulted in waking me up in a shock when I was trying to catch up on some much needed sleep. The hotel location is about 11 miles from the airport; 9.6 miles from the rental car facility.
