Flamenco is the most popular beach on Culebra, but the beach is usually never too crowded (except Holy Week and summer weekends). General: info@eastislandpr.com
We sat outside on the Eco Isleno and enjoyed the beautiful views leaving Fajardo cruising to Culebra. Every few minutes they made sure we were good with drinks.
Puerto Rico is lousy with gorgeous beaches, so take your pick. The above schedule is in English but for reference, “Pasajeros” are the passenger-only ferries. You can buy them at the same time, that way you have a guaranteed spot on the ride home!Wow! Just awesome !
You get all this and more when you take this trip to snorkel a couple of reefs and then wind down at the gorgeous Flamenco beach (Rated the 2nd most beautiful beach in the world by the Discover channel). I watched them throw away an almost full container with mayonnaise, instead of saving it to the next trip. The snorkeling was awesome and before we went in the crew informed us of all of the safety and dangers of swimming by the protected reef. Should we drive down there or take an uber? The crew members were all very friendly and helpful.
And if I wanted to find out info on the plane that goes there where do I get that info?I’ve never used these services personally, but these are the two I know of:Unfortunately, I do not not know for sure. They were very clean! Upon departing marina Puerto Del Rey in the town of Fajardo, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Cordillera Islands, and the mountains of El Yunque fade into the distance.
I am thinking of renting a car, but we only plan on staying two full days and then we go on a Disney cruise. Flamenco’s turquoise waters and white sand, which stretches for a mile around a sheltered horseshoe-shaped bay, is one of the few beaches consistently ranked and included on the “Worlds Best Beaches” list. The Getaway begins at the Marina Puerto Del Rey, Fajardo where one of our power catamarans will transport you to this unique treasure. I’m heading to San Juan with two of my friends in a week and a half and we definitely want to experience at least one of the other islands. It was 100% worth our 3 hour drive.Just great, we had a trip and was better than expected, snorkeling was an outstanding experience, flamenco beach it was stunning. Departing from Fajardo, you will enjoy a full-day of snorkeling and sunbathing in the warm, pristine Caribbean waters.
We had Levi, Christen and Carlos as our captain and guides on our private catamaran. Everything was perfect, from the booking to the actual excursion. !We had a blast! Just be carefull with the beach, my niece found big pieces of broken beer bottles. This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.Boat Tours, Water Sports, Scuba & Snorkeling, Kayaking & Canoeing, Surfing, Windsurfing & KitesurfingBoat Tours, Kayaking & Canoeing, Scuba & SnorkelingReview tags are currently only available for English language reviews. This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.My first (hopefully not last) trip to Puerto Rico was amazing and made more so by partaking in a fun filled day on the catamaran that went to Culebra and Flamenco Beach. For more information, read our There are, however, a few that will take you from San Juan. You should be able to swim to take this tour, unless you want to stay on the boat the entire time. Alexandra and Herman were the deck crew that made sure we all had everything we needed.
Beach bums can spend a day at Flamenco Beach sinking their toes into sugar-like sand and splashing in the waves, taking breaks to order smoothies or piña coladas from waterfront food stands.
